@Psycho to use Time Manipulation, he needs Mila's Turnwheel, which his soul does not contains it, so yeah, the closes thing to time manipulation my character has is Dio's time stop

They get the equipment, but technically that equipment gets its power from a Goddess that's already been defeated by the SD, so he could make a good argument for the item being weakened or unusable if Ed agrees.

@Cursed Sexy Vampire is fine. Mila's Turnwheel can work for precog. I might give a limited version of time manip later but for now it's restricted.

I mean, I don't want every enemy you fight to either be resistant to time manipulation or be immediately screwed, but the game's already pretty much impossible to balance anyway. I'd say give it some limit where it won't be OP and it's fine. I do wanna know Kaiju's opinion though.
