Reiji sees Noel as a threat to the entire Fortverse and decides to decimate her. Can he do it?

Rules:

Speed equalized, so Reiji has the same speed as Noel.

There are two rounds:

Round 1 takes place in Fortissimoverse, Reiji has access to all of the Fortverse cast's abilities including the Kiseki's antimagic capabilities.

Round 2: Same as above, but it takes place in BlazBlue verse.
