I've always wondered, does having Regeneration at Mid-High and above give a user Resurrection as well? Since Mid-High is stated to be no biology remaining.

Case by case, it depends on how the regeneration is potrayed.

Can you give an example? Cause it seems to me that at that point you're essentially bringing yourself back to life.

The specific point is that resurrection is post-death, while regeneration is whenever.
Say, random fame character might have their limbs chopped of. Then, they are killed, and they respawn with their limbs back.
But, random comic character gets their hands chopped of, but it instantly regenerates.

It's an Immortality 2 or Immortality 3 feat depending on context. Some characters, vaporizing them basically just makes them a living puff of gas or a living pile of ashes. Thus technically not dead. While for others, it's a temporary death; meaning they resurrect them self over some period of time.
