also i think it`s time omega character`s start getting some sweet upgrades too

- 3-C likely 3-B Subaru (surrpassed hyperions cosmos)

- infinite speed for abzu (existed before time-space, created the universe)

- both Aegaeon and Gallia should be upgraded to 3-B (shouldn`t be any weaker than twin gods)

- 3-B ikki

- 3-B Mars

- atleast 3-C Tokisada

I think that the current tiering for Saint Seiya is fine as it is. Hades was holding back MASSIVELY in that fight against God Cloth Pegasus Seiya anyways. God Cloth Seiya being High 3-A should be able to slightly damage a being with Universal+ durability anyways (Yes, Hades has Universal+ durability for the most part).
