Just saw Lopez's profile and thought it needed some additions.
Lopez
Inorganic Physiology (Type 2): Self explanatory, Lopez is a robot. The only reason this isn't here is because Lopez's profile was made before it was a thing.
Self-Sustenance (Types 1, 2 and 3): He literally survived from the beginning of time to the present while floating in space at the end of Season 17. Robots, man.
Resistance to Hacking/Technological Possession: Eventually built up a resistance to being possessed by the Alpha and Beta AIs. Also was never taken over by Genkins, though this may have been because he wasn't a good enough A.I. to count. Even before then, it's possible he deactivated his legs so the Alpha would leave his body despite being controlled at the time.
Limited Possession: Took over Lopez 2.0's body, though only after 2.0 left it and possessed a giant mech. Should also be comparable to 2.0, who possessed an A.I. controlled Mantis tank.
Body Control: When his head was cut off, his head and body both remained active. He was also able to reattach his head. This may only apply to him with his Dos Point Oh body.
Immorality (Type 2): Same reasons as Body Control. Also, it's implied Lopez was still sentient the entire time he was a scarecrow after Wash shot him.
Also, Lopez surviving the Big Bang should obviously be considered a massive outlier.
