Yeah, Domes are fine; they do withstand nukes. I will adjust the Tiers.

Alright, I updated the Tiers; but some of the other things might be a little off. Supersonic combat speed for freelancers is justified, but there are a few characters who still have Subsonic movement which I was unsure about. The Powers and Abilities section for some characters also look unfinished, but there could be other feats/calcs to grant improvements so I'll keep this open for now.
