How much the Red Ranger scales into 5-B?

Since Jeice has a scaling chain of: Jeice ~ Recoome >> Vegeta Post Second Zenkai >> Monster Zarbon > Vegeta Post First Zenkai > Base Zarbon > Dodoria > Saiyan Saga Vegeta >= Baseline 5-B

If so, then I'm pretty sure the Red Ranger has the AP advantage since I don't think Jeice is 10 times stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta

No. Jeice scales high enough from baseline 5-B for the match to be just decisive. Jeice is also haxless so I'm pretty sure the Red Ranger wins here
