Red Hood (DC Comics) vs Winter Soldier (Marvel Comics)

Winter Soldier.

Red Hood is too short-tempered, hotheaded and gets frusterated rather easily. Winter Soldier can think more clearly and is more clear-headed and will only become like Red Hood if his past is brought up something that Red Hood has no knowledge of. Plus Winter Soldier has the bionic arm that would prove to be an advantage.

Not sure if I would say easily angered because in New 52. Jason has learned how to control his anger now eventhough does occausionally flip out (sometimes)
