I'll probably vote Blitzo.

Kokichi is that one manipulative bastard, but he isn't much experienced in combat, while Helluva Boss characters are good at it, and if Blitzo will broke inside of Exisal it'll be gg for Kokichi. Blitzo being smaller also gives quite an advantage since he can basically climb on enemy and attack at point of Exisal not being able to counter attack.

Also regen might be little helpful here.
