Reality Warping Tier for Time Paradox Manipulation?

I wanted to make a page for N. Tropy from the Crash Bandicoot series, and the Wrath of Cortex manual states he causes time paradoxes for laughs. What tier would that be? I know N. Tropy isn't that strong physically but characters often have separate AP's for Reality warping.

Well this is the only statement I could really find. "Time Paradox Manipulation" just sounded pretty big and important.

It'd just be some unspecified degree of time manipulation.
