I’d say they still scale at least durability wise. XXX, while not taking the full brunt of the force, still took a portion and wasn’t scared of continuing to fight, plus with bloodlust mode after got stronger. Gongcheol also directly tanked a a Charge Shot albeit, we don’t know the exact level (it was between level 1-3). Though I’m fine leaving it as is

Agreed, although you can argue they could be higher.

After the most recent chapter of how Sunjae casually blocked a (still base) bloodthirsty Dowan, the result compared to Gong and XXX's brief exchange is pretty clear:
  • Dowan (GB): Only slight trembling
  • XXX/Gong punch: Actual bruises

I don't think it'd be enough to scale them to the most recent feat, but that alone proves that XXX blood amp has an extremely high scaling in terms of AP increase, while Gong's actual attack potency, who was still holding back a bit at that time, was able to injure a little a God tier character.

  • Combat Genius (Possesses natural instincts that let him fight with fighters like Dowan Ha without having any combat training)
  • High Tier Abilities (Should scale to the old reps)
    • Limited Illusion Creation (Can make his opponent's hallucinate their deaths with his killing intent)
Notable Techniques:
  • Speed Technique: A technique he learned from Choi Sun-Jae that massively boosts speed for short bursts. The technique makes user so fast that they can perception blitz other characters.

I feel like he would scale to Dowan's Building feat, considering he survived many of Dowan's hits in the fight. Not saying they're on the same level ofc but close to Dowan. Plus, not the first time I've seen someone scale to another character despite them holding back.... not naming a series and it's scaling....
 
Dowan wasn't trying to kill him or even seriously injure Se-hee during the fight.
I think he'd be at best 'possibly Building Level' and only for durability, not AP.
 
Just read this thread, doesn't the updated description of Extraordinary Genius fit Auto Mode AI? We can also add a combat skill section to it if I understand correctly. Although I'd do it after the 3 or 4 current CRTs are done before opening a new one lol

I think this new chapter actually showcased a possible system weakness (for Dowan specifically, not overall). It seems like certain pressure points in the body can disable some functions and/or alter normal features. What do you guys think?
 
This recent chapter was great. Dowan’s new form pretty much showed some abilities we’ve already previously be shown but I assume it could make as further reference in his new necessary key. An ability we haven’t seen from Dowan previously should be illusion creation if I’m not wrong. Similarly to what Sehee did during his battle with Dowan where he instills an illusion that Dowan’s head was chopped off. Then theres’s some pressure point strikes, resistance to fear inducement, conditional corruption/resistance to possession (?), immortality type 2, immortality type 7 (?) and immortality type 8 (?)

Hm, possibly. I’m unsure if this should be applied to anywhere but Dowan’s new form. Ji Sung Hyun’s pressure point strike was done with the intent to kill Dowan. As he has been trying to do a lot recently. Dowan’s transformation must’ve recognised that and as a result led to furthered life force energy. This increased release of life force energy must have led to consumption of urgency to eradicate his target and kill.

True, it could be something that's related to his modes only (auto/kill) and cause some sort of glitch. His HP are 0, the item effect ran out, and even the system itself is trying to shut down his body, so I suppose he's fighting with negative HP right now 😭

I’m now just realising how insanely busted this is 😭. This should most definitely qualify for supernatural willpower.

  • Multiple Selves (Type 1; Same as Auto Mode, when kill mode is activated the System's AI takes control of Dowan's body)
  • Limited Necromancy (Kill Mode activates upon Dowan's death, allowing the system to control the movements of his dead body)
  • Resurrection (Activating kill mode brings Dowan back from death)
  • Bodily Weaponry (With Kill Mode Dowan's attacks become capable of inflicting blade-like slashing damage)
  • Better Pressure Points (Ruthlessly targets pressure points and vital spots with the intent to kill his opponent)

This looks good. I noticed a few errors I made since I actually hadn’t read the entire chapter since I skimmed through it. Couldn’t Dowan also gain immortality type 2 for being able to survive fatal wounds and continue fighting? I could also see statistics amplification since the life force energy that’s imbued within Dowan thanks to the item, gave Dowan a surge in power.
 
From what we've seen so far, I do think type 2 immortality is possible.
Let's hope the next chapter gives us some concrete evidence we can use to get him the ability.

I'm iffy on the statistics amplification since I'm not sure if the lifeforce makes Dowan stronger.

I do think statistics amplification is a bit iffy too. For now at least. I agree with waiting on the next chapter too, we might get some concrete information which we’re all expecting but I do have one question/gripe. Are these instances enough to warrant an ability?

Se Hee gave an explanation for it but his description doesn’t really scream realism. Could this be some form of illusionary or sensory ability?

Disagree with resurrection after the most recent chapter. Dowan is, for all accounts and purposes, dead. Even the mode outright stated that the body was still bleeding out and was on a timer.

While he isn't sure how or why he's still moving, we do know that Kill Mode is modifying his personality. Which you could argue for Mind Manipulation (self) to increase the effectiveness of the death impulse we've seen so far, as well as give additional resistance to fear hax.

The things we could add are:

Now, I'm not 100% certain it might be a Great Body thing, but attributing Immortality to both for now should make sense

Late reply but if Dowan is still considered dead shouldn’t he also be given immortality type 7? Since he’s a walking corpse fully capable of fighting and forming speech? I also think Kill Mode should grant resistance to possession too. Kill Mode is quite similar to Auto Mode in the sense that the system is in control once both respective abilities are activated. We see that as time goes on and Dowan’s withstands a harsh attack he’s fighting off that possession with a greater killing impulse. If not outright resistance then unconventional resistance through your justification of self induced mind manipulation?

Old rep tier Killing intent < High tier K.I and so on.

At least we did see Dowan being affected by both, so we could compare. Ji did temporarily stun with a much greater effect than Seehee did
 
Yeah I'd be fine with it minus the Immortality. If another high-tier showcased that tier of endurance then absolutely it could be a trait that's shared among everyone of that tier. Otherwise, I'd still be more keen on keeping it Ji and Dowan exclusive at the moment

Yes it should be layered
 
There is a slight upgrade of the recovery skill in the latest chapter. Currently, it is considered a Low-Tier regeneration due to its fairly vague nature; however, in the last chapter, we saw that an extended period of rest can:
  • Remove scars
  • Heal critical injuries
  • Outright restore missing pieces of flesh

You can see the example here.
Honestly, it could be grounds for an upgrade from Low to Mid-low or High-low (highball, but the flesh of the ear was literally regenerated), depending on how you see it. Thoughts?
 
According to the second statement, this is what the new Charge shot multiplier would look like:
