For me, laziness. Dunno about others, maybe they don't know about it or something happened about it?
Maybe lack of proof for whether it's caused by the impact rather than Reinhard jumping? (It wouldn't apply for LS that way after all)

Because when it was attempted to be added, it was during a time where jumping=LS was controversial on the forum. I haven't made a CRT to add it because a minor stat upgrade for like 5 characters isn't high priority for me.

I'm never entering a versus thread that has "kamen rider" in it. (99% sure some general abilities in the verse is wrong + arguments of skill that are not in the profiles and so arguable that it's just trouble. The list goes on but even talking about it is painfulRe zero character in tournament.

Kamen Rider matches have consistently been some of the best matches I've experienced on this siteI'm never entering a versus thread that has "kamen rider" in it. He does get his ass beat indeed. But Halibel also says Julius has improved across their 10 matches and considers him one of the strongest Lugunicans.

Him noticeably improving is kinda wild actually. But I guess he still needs to get fully used to the capabilities of his recently evolved spirits. Being one of the strongest Lugunicana is a given.

Even after his main arc he gets better, that's why he's the Finest.
Ehhh Halibel is one of the 5 strongest beings that exist in the present era. Stronger than Great Spirits and the like. Funnily enough Halibel says he couldn't display his full potential in their previous sparring matches since it wasn't night time.

I wouldn't say he's in the top 5. I mean there's still Reinhard, Satella, Puck, Clind, and Cecilus to get through before that and I don't think he's particularly close to any of them. But he also always has significant trouble with Reize and needs help to deal with her.
Julius could already react defensively to Balleroy and now not only has that been directly buffed with his Spirits' evolution but he can apply it fully to his combat speed with Al Cranvel. He should have far greater stats at least and it's not like he's a slouch in his versatility. The only way I could see Halibel beating him is if he genuinely cannot see through Halibel's invisibility or something like that... but that's just a really unfavorable matchup at that point.

Cecilus and Halibel exist in a league pretty far above Julius. I'd be glazing him if he managed to even surprise one of them. But yeah I agree Al Cranvel is a great trump card, I'm sad he didn't do much in arc 8.

The animation is 100% cap but would this actually work on Reinhard? I know there is a Fate servant that does negate all divine intervention, luck, and outside help in their own pocket reality.

An ability that negates divine intervention, luck, and outside help should probably negate divine intervention, luck, and outside help.
There's a Forbidden Art in Re:Zero developed by Sphinx, and used by Stride in Ex6, which cuts off a section of the world from Od Lagna and makes Divine Protections vanish.

Reminder that this still doesn't mean you can permanently kill Reinhard, since if he dies he can choose to respawn elsewhere

he is dead man, he isnt in the circle anymore and even if you want to believe that he wouldn't be able to escape the circle for some reason. The circle itself would need to be constantly on to keep him in there
Although i did like to see someone try to kill him even without his dps lol, he defeated Puck, Cecilus and Halibel at the same time afterall

Satella for the love of God stop using that stupid bullshit "oh, Elsa dodged an explosion without leaving its radius" argument. There is genuinely nothing whatsoever to suggest this. All it does is disrupt matchups and make your entire argument look untrustworthy. Stop. I promise there are plenty of actual feats to talk about.
