This ended up being a tiny bit bigger than I expected, but it is what it is.
Ram
Shackles
Ok since 1 Shackle = 10% of Ram's power is laughably impossible and we have seen that they are exponential, I've got some actually usable statements for her Shackles.
Ram with 1 Shackle released is comparable to but weaker than Rem, and she could briefly clash with Wilhelm & Ricardo.
Ram with 2 Shackles released is more than twice as strong as Beastified Garfiel.
There is no actual information on how much stronger Ram is with 3 Shackles released, we just know she went from being at a disadvantage against Ley to immediately stomping him and becoming able to one-shot with just a Fula.
It is known to be greater than a >>2x boost due to coming after 2nd Shackle which is greater than a 2x boost.
Ram with 5 Shackles released is equal to half of her adult prime. An adult full-power Ram is stronger than Regulus, Sekhmet, and BotE Puck.
Tier
8-B, higher with 2 Shackles removed, at least 8-A with 3 Shackles removed, at least 7-B with 5 Shackles removed

City Block level (Comparable to Rem), higher with 2 Shackles removed (She is more than twice as strong as transformed Garfiel), at least Multi-City Block level with 3 Shackles removed (Far more than twice as strong as before, can kill Rai Batenkaitos in a single blow), at least City level with 5 Shackles removed (Possesses half the strength of her adult prime, which is superior to Sekhmet and Puck)
Speed
Supersonic (Comparable to Rem), Supersonic+ with 2 Shackles removed (Should be more than twice as fast as before), at least Hypersonic with 3 Shackles removed (Should be far more than twice as fast as before, totally outpaced Rai Batenkaitos), at least Relativistic+, likely FTL with 5 Shackles removed (Half as fast as her adult prime, which is superior to the likes of Sekhmet and Regulus)
Lifting Strength
Class 5 (Comparable to Rem), Class 25 with 2 Shackles removed (At least twice as strong as transformed Garfiel), higher with 3 Shackles removed (Far more than twice as strong as before), Class G with 5 Shackles removed (Possesses half the strength of her adult prime, which is superior to the likes of Sekhmet)
Striking Strength
City Block level, higher with 2 Shackles removed, at least Multi-City Block level with 3 Shackles removed, at least City level with 5 Shackles removed

Intelligence
Change from Gifted to Genius
Ram is an Oni Clan prodigy, hailed as the Second Coming of the Oni God despite being a child possessing only a single horn. She is quick-witted in social settings, and a natural expert in combat, that has been referred to as a genius in the text. She is an incredibly quick learner, mastering techniques she has seen only once before, and even managed to not only copy an invisible technique with wind magic, but also improved it by a massive degree. She also learned to mimic an Authority just by experiencing it's effects.
Optional Equipment
Add Comatose Rem for her to use Synesthesia through and achieve her 3rd Shackle and beyond.

Daphne
Pain Manipulation & Madness Manipulation (Type 2? maybe 3?)
Daphne is able to send someone into a maddening frenzy of painful starvation just by looking them in the eyes with her left eye and her right eye is far more horrifying.
I'm actually unsure about the type of MM this is. There's no mention of biology being affected, nor a mention of the mind being directly altered, and I don't know if it'd fit as cognition. It just makes you really hungry when you make eye contact, to the degree of going insane. I'll guess Type 2 or 3 but if you disagree please say so, I'm leaning towards 2.
It's notable that this maddening starvation can be cured by Minerva's Authority of Wrath.
Enhanced Senses
She can grasp the condition of people with her blindfold on through smell & sound, and can tell someone is crying by the smell of salt.
Resistance to Disease Manipulation, Petrification, and Poison Manipulation
Daphne can eat the Black Serpent, despite it being poisonous, casting 100 diseases at a touch, and even causing petrification.
Minerva
I'd rather avoid resorting to Unknown for a stat unless completely necessary, so I suggest rating Minerva as City level based on her power to rupture a mountain, snd generally being considered a physical powerhouse, scaling her to the high tiers.
Her Attack Potency should be something along the lines of City level environmental destruction (Minerva's Authority transforms any action she causes into healing, no matter what she does to someone- directly or indirectly- it will heal them, effectively giving her zero actual attack potency)
Her Speed should be changed from Unknown to at least Supersonic, as Minerva is stated to pierce the sound barrier.
Her Lifting Strength should be changed from Unknown to at least Class 5, as Minerva is considered to possess the power to "overwhelm all others" and is portrayed as possessing superhuman strength, and thus should be at least comparable to if not stronger than superhumans such as Emilia or Garfiel
Her Durability should match her AP due to Newton's 3rd Law.
Her Striking Strength should match her AP as she is a physical "fighter".
For comparison, even Rem is considered to be "not that strong"
Causality Manipulation
Minerva's healing functions by twisting cause & effect.
Typhon
Change Speed from Below Average Human level to Supersonic
Typhon intercepted Minerva in the Castle of Dreams
Pain Manipulation
Typhon's Authority of Pride will cause pain when shattering a victim if the victim is a bad person, but will shatter them painlessly if they are a good person.
Carmilla
Death Manipulation
Carmilla's Faceless Bride forces others to become entranced by her, causing them to forget to breathe and eventually stops the beating of their heart. There were very few rumours around Carmilla due to nearly everyone she met dying.
All Witches of Sin
Madness Manipulation (Type 3)
A Witch's Miasma is known to cause fear in others even when being suppressed by the Witch- and when it is intentionally exuded by the Witch it will cause such terror that anyone around them who cannot resist the Miasma will immediately go mad and kill themself.
All Witch Factor Holders (or at least all Witches + Subaru)
Resistance to Madness Manipulation (Type 3)
It's likely that a Witch Factor grants resistence to a Witch's madness-inducing miasma just as it grants resistance to Fear, as seen with the Witches themselves standing in each others presence and Subaru who was bathed in the miasma of all the Witches of Sin with no negative effect. Q&A answers not mentioning fear or death from Miasma when speaking of Bishops and Witches interacting suggests this as well.
Sirius Romanée-Conti
Change Immortality (Type 1) to Longevity, likely Immortality (Type 1)
The scan that's used for Sirius' immortality states that she, Regulus, and Petelgeuse have long lives. I don't believe this is enough for definite immortality even though Regulus and Petelgeuse are immortal. She has been alive for at least a century it seems, and it is possible a likely rating is due as she is compared to two immortals.
Temperature Manipulation
Sirius specializes in Fire Magic, which doesn't just create fire, but also controls temperature.
Limited(?) Resistance to Analytical Prediction
Sirius' chains follow no standard logic and trace unpredictable paths. This might be considered limited as it is only her chains that are unpredictable and not Sirius herself.
That's it for this CRT.
Ram
Shackles
Ok since 1 Shackle = 10% of Ram's power is laughably impossible and we have seen that they are exponential, I've got some actually usable statements for her Shackles.

Q: Rem vs Ram, with both of them in peak condition, which one is stronger?
A: Rem. If you meant ‘with intact horns’, then Ram.

Normally, when working as a servant, she did everything with those shackles on.
At times there were situations of emergency, and she had no choice but to utilize magic and do away with the situation. On those instances she unfastened one shackle and allowed herself a bare minimum utilization of magic. - Arc 6 Chapter 82 "Shackle-Accompanying Battle"

As if to blow that admiration aside, the figure thrust a cane forward with an explosion of magic.
The target was the ground under Wilhelm’s feet, gouging the surface out in a circle, slowing the Sword Devil down. When Wilhelm then leaped toward his foe, slashing upward, something caught him by the chest.
“Guh…!” Wilhelm’s well-honed abdomen creaked as his body was sent flying by force unthinkable for the tiny figure’s size. The cane’s tip was pointed at the Sword Devil as the air twisted before it.
The resulting cascade of air was about to slice deep into the Sword Devil—but a slice of steel rent it first, causing its mana to explode. - Volume 8

Ram with 2 Shackles released is more than twice as strong as Beastified Garfiel.
Q: When Ram-chi was beating up on beastform Garf, was her condition then like her power in her prime?
A: About enough that she could take him with half her strength.
A: About enough that she could take him with half her strength.
And, in circumstances which could be sorted despite that, she unfastened two shackles, and though only in short decisive battles, Ram demonstrated about twenty-percent of her original strength.
That was around what she had done when she had faced and fought Garfiel in the Sanctuary, approximately a year-and-a-half prior.
Ram had confidence, that that was the maximum strength she could bring out as “hornless”, and her body would not be able to endure any further and become disabled.
Those shackles, a double-edged sword, right now, had already been unfastened that much by Ram. - Arc 6 Chapter 82 "Shackle-Accompanying Battle"

Whilst shedding immense blood, Batenkaitos artlessly swooped down upon her.
In greater precision, he was surely making free use of miraculous superhuman techniques. Coalescing the might of multifarious transcendental beings, from the outset, he was certainly formulating techniques impossible of being reconstructed by anyone.
That excelling blitz, specializing in all possible orientations, was shut down by Ram through outstripping violence.
She guillotined those monumental techniques of hundreds, of thousands, using might worth millions. This was what the battle had now come to be.
She sought not to even come in contact with Batenkaitos. Her condition felt well.
She had grown accustomed to it in Subaru’s absence. She had unfastened approximately two more shackles.
Probably, making up for fifty-percent of her prime―― no, since Ram had been very young in those days, aspects of her that had matured were far mightier now compared to Ram back then.
And, to not wallow in that might, was Ram’s forte. - "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Q: If you were to line up the characters which have appeared in the work so far in order of fighting strength, how would it look?
A: Reinhard, Ram with her horn, Regulus, Sekhmet, Serious Puck. Even though these guys are like dangos under Reinhard, each one is capable of dropping the White Whale on their own. (2nd of June 2014, Arc 4)

Even a genius like Ram could only understand the surface when it came to stuff like knowledge on childbirth. However, Limrear, as the maid of the pregnant Grace, should’ve been trained in case of emergencies. Roswaal was thorough in that area. -Oni Sisters of the Hidden Village
By way of Synesthesia, Ram would share the burden levied upon her own flesh body to her sleeping younger sister.
It was in consequence of having experienced Subaru’s Authority by herself once. Having witnessed something once, Ram could materialize it identically, roughly.
What Subaru had done was an identical contrivance―― it possibly coercively connected others’ Od with his own Od, inducing a fairly arbitrary Synesthesia. Subaru’s side could possibly consign his burden over if he felt inclined to do so as well, but since Subaru was a fool, he would not do so.
Contrarily, by taking it upon himself, he endeavored to abate the burden of his allies. -Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

Wordlessly stretching his finger to that point, Batenkaitos observed his finger be cut.
In the empty space, was an invisible blade.
Ley: “Huh.”
That was, the same technique Batenkaitos had displayed to Ram at the spiral staircase.
The art of installing blades of invisibility in space was a legendary shinobi technique, but it did not matter whose Memories those had been in, since he had already thrown them away.
The issue was the presence of a blade here, which Batenkaitos did not remember placing behind.
Ley: “It can’t be…”
Avoiding the blade that had slightly cut his finger, Batenkaitos attempted to advance his feet further towards the interior―― his tiptoes were blown off, and he inclined backwards whilst shrieking with an “Ahii”.
And, with the inclining back of his head also being shaved off slightly, he rigidified his face and stood still.
――He was enclosed, by invisible blades.
Ley: “…Haha, seriously?”
He had shown it to her, merely once.
Once, in the midst of battle; being an invisible technique as well, so she must not have seen it either.
Moreover, she had not ever practically even stepped foot in this place. Yet regardless, she had seized his escape route, and had stationed invisible blades in advance. -Arc 6 Chapter 86 "Conversing of What Yesterday Held"

The ice sword had been created by Emilia. Therefore, Emilia would not feel the cold, but it might be too cold for Cecilus, who had not created them.
“Come to think of it, Priscilla never said it was cold either, but…”
“Rest assured. I can make up for this inconvenience with the Flow Method, so both myself and the people in the Battalion are fine. Well, I tend to get out of my flow when the Boss and the others are involved, but it’s a fact that I’m especially special for handling it naturally!” - Arc 7 Chapter 104 "Bastions in Chaos (Part One)"

Gaston, standing firm, was unable to escape from Batenkaitos and was caught up in the magic stone’s range. As the magic stone’s glowing intensified, and the next instant, it gave rise to an explosion powerful enough to tear off the stone pavement.
Red and white light illuminated, and Felt rolled away from the explosion to the other side. Otto somehow grabbed her, and then glanced at the explosion’s span.
These magic stones were what Otto constantly carried “just in case”. Ever since the fight with Garfiel in Sanctuary, he had determined it would be better do so for his own safety.
It might be a means painful on his wallet, but its strength was nothing to laugh at.
Otto: “Is your companion alright!?”
Felt: “Hah, don’t underestimate my giant. He’s my armor. He won’t be hurt by a meager and soft attack.
But…”
Just when she said that much, a giant figure emerged out of the smoke. It was Gaston. With his body having taken a sooty color, he smacked his body making a desperate face.
Gaston: “Gahhhhh~! Hot! Hot! Hot hot! I’ll die!”
Otto: “Even if you may be able to take explosions, I guess you can’t stop your body from warming or cooling.”
Felt sighed, seeing the form of her attendant agonizing in high fever. Though he had bathed in the might of the Fire Magic Stone from close proximity, Gaston’s life did not appear to be in a serious condition.
Confirming that much, Otto turned his eyes back towards to the smoke. The black fumes were rising at a reasonably good scale, so there was no way Batenkaitos, who was at its heart, had managed to defend himself. On the other side of the black smoke, was Dynas, knelt down, but he seemed to be safe.
And,
Ley: “Bennett. Calcifs. August.”
Otto: “――!?”
A whisper was heard, and all eyes turned away from the hypocenter.
There were visible the forms of three collapsed white clothes, and Batenkaitos in perfectly good health.
The youth, once again, raised his left hand’s palm saying “Lick”, and inched it closer to his mouth and licked it.

“Wow, not bad.”
Just as he let out that murmured awe, the crystal exploded. Red and yellow light swelled as the small Archbishop was swallowed up in a fiery explosion.
“—Ngh!” The blast launched Otto backward. It was Gaston who had withstood the explosion with his back and caught Otto’s tumbling body.
The improvised bomb was one of the trump cards that Otto had prepared, sewn into his clothes in preparation for if something happened. Ever since the fight with Garfiel a year ago in the Sanctuary, he had made sure to always have some sort of option like that prepared at all times. It would be best if they were never needed, but this was just the sort of occasion for it.
“That should have caught him off guard, but…” It was small, but it was an explosion of the purest crystal he had. Even if Batenkaitos survived, it should have been powerful enough to at least blow off an arm or leg. It would be best if it took his life, but—
“Ahhh, that’s so cruel. Our nice clothes are all a mess now.” Stepping out of the center of the blast zone, waving away the charred black smoke, the barefoot desecrater appeared. It was difficult to believe he was still fine after enduring that explosion at such close range.
Looking more closely, there were several indications of the effects of the explosion on Batenkaitos as he emerged from the smoke. However, it was limited to the ratty cloak he had been wearing as his body was more or less untouched. - Volume 20 Chapter 1

Garfiel: “It may be exaggeratin’ to say I’m full of life… but I’ll do just that.”
Even now, he was absorbing power through the soles of his feet planted on the earth, and through invoking healing magic with all his might, Garfiel’s body was healing at a furious pace, both inside and out.
Normally, this would be a load on the body that could potentially reduce his life span, but the events in the Watergate City had forced Garfiel to break out of his shell, both physically and mentally.
Though it had not been visible, Garfiel had tore through a shell that had certainly been present, and stood tall.
With the steam rising from his many bloody wounds, as if his body were truly blazing hot, Garfiel settled his resolve to face the Dragon in the distance. -Arc 7 Chapter 95 "Enemies on All Bastions"
He had merely touched him. He had neither struck nor slashed him. Was he just playing around? Or was he insulting him? ――No, Olbart never did things without meaning. There was always a meaning, a meaning, a meaning――
???: “――Huuh!?”
The moment his thoughts turned red-hot, an even greater heat arose on his right shoulder, where he had been touched.
Taking a glance, Olbart’s handprint stood out, having been stamped in red upon his shoulder. From the handprint blood seeped and smoke was emitted, as it attempted to burn skin, flesh, and bone.
Immediately after determining it to be poison, there was no hesitation.
Garfiel opened his mouth wide to bite off the shoulder on which the red handprint had been imprinted, tearing off the poison eating away at him. The taste of his own poisoned flesh and blood was terrible, as the bones his fangs grazed brought him unbearable pain.
However, the pain was only momentary. The deep gouge that was the shoulder wound emitted steam originating from blood, as the wound was restored by a tremendous surge of flesh―― -Arc 7 Chapter 100 "A Myriad of Changes at the Bastions"

With these words, Madelyn’s body slowly began releasing steam.
In the cold air, dyed white by her exhaled breath, her body continued to heat up as it radiated her visibly rising fighting spirit.
As this visible fighting spirit began to pour over, Emilia instantly produced a pair of swords in her hands. -Arc 7 Chapter 92 "Rekindling Old Ties"

Daphne
Pain Manipulation & Madness Manipulation (Type 2
Daphne is able to send someone into a maddening frenzy of painful starvation just by looking them in the eyes with her left eye and her right eye is far more horrifying.
It's notable that this maddening starvation can be cured by Minerva's Authority of Wrath.
As if being penetrated by her golden pupil, Subaru remained frozen still. And then, she blinked a few times,
Daphne: “That… should be enough…"
Saying this, with the same beleaguered movements, she made her way back to her coffin. And, just as she looked like she was about to collapse, the mobile coffin gently caught her inside.
Stirring her body around, Daphne found the most comfortable position. All the while, immobilized on the spot, Subaru quietly chewed something in his mouth as he watched her, Daphne yawned and placed the blindfold back over her eyes. The fabric in the interior of the coffin slowly peeled open and wrapped her tiny body snugly inside, binding her in its grasp.
Like it wasn’t even there, her restraints operated entirely on her will.
Subaru: “What just happened… Also, why… do you…”
Daphne: “You still haven’t noticed it yet…?”
Just as Subaru was about to ask her why she would restrain herself, Daphne interrupted his question, while giving her body a wriggle inside the coffin as if to make sure the restraints were properly fastened.
The moment her words entered his ears, Subaru furrowed his brows as though he noticed something.
Subaru: “Ah, ugh…?”
Pain. It was pain.
Rising in Subaru’s waist was a pain that gave the illusion that a hole had been opened there, forcing his body to bend.
His guts wrenched as sensations of thirst and hunger protested with overwhelming starvation. Groaning, writhing in the unbearable pain, Subaru’s knees collapsed onto the grass.
Saliva drooled from the edge of his lips as he desperately tried to endure the pain. Hunger, hunger, hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger hunger.
Subaru: “Aa, aaa, AAAAAaaahh… hur…ts…”
The intense hunger sent his consciousness scattering and his thoughts into disarray as he lost all sense of reality.
Panting, writhing, he rolled back and forth on the ground. His movements only exacerbating the hunger, Subaru wriggled, convulsing like a caterpillar on the bed of grass.
Starvation, maddening starvation. Famishing. Life-threatening. A gaping hole, there’s a gaping hole in his stomach. Dying, he’s going to die, he’s going to die if he doesn’t eat. He’s going to die. He’s going to die.
Daphne: “You still haven’t noticed it yet…?"
Looking down on the writhing, suffocating Subaru―― although her eyes did not actually see him, Daphne kept a grasp of Subaru’s condition through sound and smell.
He couldn’t understand the meaning of her words. Notice what, notice what when the hunger was driving him insane? Although he understood that she was behind this, there was no room for resentment in the face of this hunger. He wouldn’t be able to bear it if he didn’t fill this hunger. Right now, the only cog holding together his sanity was the thing he had been chewing on since――
Subaru: “――――”
What, was Subaru, eating, right now?
Daphne: “You noticed iit? That’s gluttony, you know.”
Hearing Daphne’s words, Subaru noticed it―― the pinky and ring fingers on his right hand were missing.
Where did the missing fingers go? There was no need to look. He was chewing on the fragments of his pinky finger right this moment.
Profuse blood seeped from the torn-off stumps, dyeing the green grass field with red.
Watching the droplets fall, Subaru’s mind went blank. With the passing of the seconds, something slowly came to fill that blankness. An emotion, of――
――Ahh, spilling blood is such a waste.
Simply a desire to quench his thirsting throat, and the disappointment of his unsated hunger. - Arc 4 Chapter 47 "Partners with Bad Affinity"

Subaru: “I don’t wanna think of it as that kind of bloodthirsty place…! Anyway what just happened!? It was only for a short while, but… I actually went insane.”
Daphne: “That was maddening hunger… Extreme hunger can turn people into something worse than beasts. If you looked into my right eye too, it would’ve been even more interesting, you know?”
Subaru: “…You’re kidding.”
A magical eye, or something of the sort.
Although Ram’s clairvoyance would also count as an eye-power, her ability didn’t really have much offensive potential, so Daphne’s was definitely way scarier.
Perhaps it could be called the Eye of Hunger or the Eye of Starvation. The moment Subaru looked into her left eye, he ate his own fingers for a hunger he wasn’t even aware of.

Resistance to Disease Manipulation, Petrification, and Poison Manipulation
Daphne can eat the Black Serpent, despite it being poisonous, casting 100 diseases at a touch, and even causing petrification.
Q: Do the snake’s diseases combine in any number of ways?
A: It can cause petrification and rotting away, and it leaves behind viruses in the land as it moves. - Three Great Witchbeasts Q&A
Q: So perhaps Daphne could eat the whale, rabbit, and snake?
A: She could eat them, yeah? - Three Great Witchbeasts Q&A
Q: So the fact that she could eat the snake means that Daphne wouldn’t become sick?
A: Look at her. She’s sick no matter how you look at it. - Three Great Witchbeasts Q&A
Q: It’s been said that mabeasts will follow the creature that breaks their horns, but would the White Whale and Great Rabbit (did they have horns?) follow the creature that breaks their horns?
A: The White Whale, Great Rabbit, and Black Snake, too, have already had their horns and hearts broken by Daphne. - Three Great Witchbeasts Q&A

Minerva: “Do you realize what it feels like to be ignored, when it’s been so long――!?”
The ground exploded, instantly annihilating the distance between them.

Piercing the air, breaking through the sound barrier with a thunderous clap, the strike continued towards the Witch’s head, drilling towards the shadow obscuring her visage, and―― - Arc 4 Chapter 76 "≠Satella"

And when she realized, she began wishing for something else. Raw power.
To obtain power that would let her throw all away, that would let her overwhelm all others, she struggled to her limits and ran, heading towards the power she so desired.
To stop exactly that, she solely desired for power. Training herself, she endured all pains to finally obtain an iron-clad will.
Eventually, she found the end of her path. The pinnacle of strength where none else could reach.
Standing on the battlefield, she shouted to stop the fight.
To overwhelm all other powers with her own, to crush all grief, shatter all malice and to stop the endless stream of tears before her, she struggled to her utmost.
Punching those who brandished their swords, kicking those who flung magic, breaking those who bared their fangs, she pulverized all and any who came to seek battle.
But, the more the woman fought, the stronger became the swordsmen, the mages and the bearer of fangs, ever increasing their numbers.
As if she had entered a never-ending spiral of violence.
No one knew how to save themselves other than to answer violence with violence. That was why, no one knew of a way to save themselves aside from victory in battle.
Woman: “Why――!!”
In the end, the woman herself, despite knowing this, also answered with violence. Lowering her fist that dripped crimson, she turned her blood-smeared face to the sky, and wailed.
People called that emotion Fury―― no, they called it Wrath.
Towards this world that forced others to tears, towards those who refused to stop fighting, towards the absurd unfairness that was the end of life.
――Let them, have a taste of my iron fists.
At some point, she stood up, wiped the dirt off her knees, and took off running.
Diving into the fray of the still-ongoing battle, she punched everyone’s faces whilst shouting.
Stop fighting. Look at the sky. Feel the breeze. Smell the flowers. Live, with your families and loved ones.
For the first time, the woman’s voice swept unrest throughout the battlefield.
Fists that could break apart the very earth, kicks that could cause the heavens to roar, all only to let others live. - Arc 4 Chapter 24 "Wicked Examiner"

The ground caved in beneath her single step as Minerva’s fist pierced through the wind, driving towards Typhon’s face.
The shrieking fist advanced with enough force to rupture a mountain, but the moment it connects with a living being, the destruction would transform into healing.

For comparison, even Rem is considered to be "not that strong"

Causality Manipulation
Minerva's healing functions by twisting cause & effect.
Minerva’s healing attacks could bring lifeforms back from the brink of death―― But to think that this Authority was all-powerful would be a mistake.
The healing power triggered by her fists was the result of a mechanism which forcibly twisted cause and effect, expending incredible amounts of Mana to activate. The Mana required far exceeded the capacity of humans, and, even for a Witch, Minerva could not possibly manage it alone.
In that case, where did the Mana for her strikes come from? ――The answer is simple. It was stolen from the very Nexus of the world. - Arc 4 Intermission II "The Guest of Honor Has Left"

Typhon
Change Speed from Below Average Human level to Supersonic
Typhon intercepted Minerva in the Castle of Dreams
Minerva: “That, idiot――!”
The instant she noticed Subaru’s attempted suicide, Minerva rolled up her sleeves and jolted forward, hurrying to punch Subaru to heal him. But, cutting in front of her was Typhon, who had been standing at Subaru’s side.
The small Witch stretched out her little body, blocking Minerva’s path.
Typhon: “Baru made his own choice! Nerva, no interrupting!”
Minerva: “Self-harm or suicide or injury or murder, I won’t allow any of it under my watch! I don’t care what kind of anguish is going on inside! I can’t do a thing about wounds that I can’t see! That’s why! There’s no way I could ever overlook a wound that I can see!”

Pain Manipulation
Typhon's Authority of Pride will cause pain when shattering a victim if the victim is a bad person, but will shatter them painlessly if they are a good person.
Typhon: “――Onlythroughpainandsufferingcantheguiltybecleansedofsin.”
Subaru: “Hah?”
Suddenly, the little girl quickly muttered something in a whisper.
Unable to understand, Subaru’s raised up one of his brows, and felt a light impact. As if his arm had been lightly tugged, there was then a strangely liberating sensation, as if being released from a heavy burden.
Wondering what had happened, Subaru turned his head to look all around him. Everything was just like it was before, and nothing changed in the world. The space that permitted Subaru and the little girl to sit facing each other was still without wind or sound or sensation of any kind.
Sitting in the chair in front of him, was still only the little girl swinging her legs.
Only, in her hand, she was holding a man’s severed arm―― Subaru: “――!?”
Typhon: “Doesn’t hurt soo, you’re not a bad maaan, I’m so relieveeed.”
Noticing the abnormal turn of events, Subaru looked at his own right arm ― at the right side of his body where is arm should be, he saw the reality of the exposed cross-section of his shoulder where his arm had been twisted off.
Pain, blood, none of it was there, before he noticed the deed. The bone and arteries wrapped in pink meat, all exposed in the cross section, reminded him of the edible meat lined up in a butcher’s shop.
That is, aside from the unacceptable surreal reality that it was happening to his own right shoulder.
Subaru: “Oo, aaaaaaaaah!!!! A-arm… My arm aaaah!?”
Typhon: “It doesn’t hurt riiight, don’t yell so loooud. If you flail around too much, we won’t be able to put it baaack.”

Carmilla
Death Manipulation
Carmilla's Faceless Bride forces others to become entranced by her, causing them to forget to breathe and eventually stops the beating of their heart. There were very few rumours around Carmilla due to nearly everyone she met dying.
That instant, Subaru heard a voice whispering into his ear, pulling him back to his senses.
The very same moment, the pain of being deprived of oxygen up to the point of asphyxiation struck him, along with the dry soreness of his continually wide-open eyes.
“Aah―― A, aah?”
“These were drastic measures, but I’m glad to see you back―― When facing Carmilla, Lust’s Faceless Bride, people tend to forget to breathe. Ultimately, even their hearts stop beating.”
“Egh, haaa, guh, tch… Haaaaa, haaaaaaaaa.”
Spitting out the choking saliva, having fallen to his hands and knees, Subaru’s consciousness was strobing. - Arc 4 Chapter 73 "Where Weakness Lies"

Q: Carmilla’s deadly sin is lust; did she not get angry about damage to her reputation because of that? Together with the ability to charm those who look at her, it seems like she’d be called a demon of desire.
A: People who see her generally die, so there’s not much chance for rumors to spread, wouldn’t you say? - Old Witches Q&A
Q: When trying to capture the six witches besides Satella, which one would be the most difficult to capture? Please let us know, both in terms of abilities, and personality.
A: If, by abilities, you mean combat, you’re likely to die just from approaching both Typhon and Carmilla, so in terms of abilities, their difficulty would be high. In terms of personality, I think the hateful Carmilla that everyone adores would be the most difficult woman to capture. You’d fall for her right away. - Archbishops & Witches Q&A

Madness Manipulation (Type 3)
A Witch's Miasma is known to cause fear in others even when being suppressed by the Witch- and when it is intentionally exuded by the Witch it will cause such terror that anyone around them who cannot resist the Miasma will immediately go mad and kill themself.
“I’m glad. My proposal is simple. 30 seconds is all I need. I’ll go with you without fighting back if you are able to stand in front of me for 30 seconds without anything happening to you. Since it seems interesting too.”
“Ha. What’s up with that? Do you think something like that will be enough to scare us…?”
“—Well then, the 30 second countdown begins now.”
The moment she perceived that they had accepted her terms, Echidna stroked her long-white hair, narrowed her dark eyes, and glared at the men.
“───”
All of the men looked like they had no idea what had just happened. In their eyes, it must have looked like the child in front of them who looked to be around 10 years old had suddenly turned into a beautiful girl with white hair. However, before the men could get an answer to their question, they started succumbing to the abnormality that assaulted them one after another.
“Kah…ku.”
The man holding the machete fell to his knees. His eyes darted around all over the place, not focusing on any one thing, and then began foaming at the mouth. A similar phenomenon occurred not only to him, but to all the men surrounding her as well. The eighteen men in Echidna’s line of sight were unable to resist her Witch’s Miasma and thus were in great agony.
The men scratched and tore at their necks, rolled their eyes back into their heads, blew foam out of their mouths, convulsed, choked on their tongues, split their own heads open with their weapons, buried their heads in the snow, and died in agony in various other ways.
“—Exactly thirty seconds.”
Having finished counting the 30 seconds she’d promised them, Echidna looked around. There was nothing but men lying motionless in their own blood and vomit. Unfortunately, there hadn’t been any among them who could endure the thirty seconds of hell and qualify to be the Sage that could reign over the six Witches.
Echidna looked back at the fallen men, then closed her eyes and thought of the boy with black hair, of the boy who remained unaffected while being surrounded by the Witches covered in Miasma—though he probably didn’t even realize how abnormal it was to be able to do that. - The Witches After Tea Party

Echidna looked back at the fallen men, then closed her eyes and thought of the boy with black hair, of the boy who remained unaffected while being surrounded by the Witches covered in Miasma—though he probably didn’t even realize how abnormal it was to be able to do that. - The Witches After Tea Party

As Liliana watched with eyes peeled, Priscilla began a life-and-death sword dance with Sirius.
Sirius’s irregular chains didn’t follow any standard sort of logic and traced an unpredictable path while Priscilla quite literally danced with her sword as she cut her way through the incoming attacks.
Liliana had seen Priscilla’s amazing sword skills several times already during their circuit of the city. And seeing it on display once more made her realize all over again just how impressive it was as she didn’t yield even a step against Sirius. - Re:Zero Volume 19, Chapter 2, Section 4
