This is in response to a very specific thread, and i'm not suggesting that this be done simply over disagreements.
If we look over a previously-concluded battle in which new evidence was brought up that overwhelmingly suggested that the results may be incorrect, but was disregarded due to it being already concluded, and the thread was subsequently closed, would there be a way to request a more thorough re-evaluation?
