Thanos does bfr often in combat, but teleportation to death's domain was done like once maybe? I will have to recheck those comics, my memory is a bit fuzzy.

It doesn’t seem like it‘s a standard ability Thanos could do if it depends so heavily on his relationship with Death. At least from everything you’ve mentioned.

From what we know, it's at least several meters. It could be more, but it's hard to tell as Rayman hardly uses it.

I'll keep my vote for Rayman. His ap means he can knock out Thanos with ease and it seems more likely he'll lead with H2H or energy projectiles.
