The thing is, we don't exactly know how she destroyed the universe. It could genuinely be either over time or instant, we don't know for certain.

Yes, it's not mentioned, but it must have destroyed it in a very short time or instantaneously because its age is very small here and it destroyed not just one universe but many universes.And he did it before he hit puberty. And if we count that puberty in girls is about 11 years old and ends at the age of 20, we can count that it is on average 15 years old. which means destroying multiple universes in less than 15 years.

Also yes it makes a large difference, even if it was multiple universes, this would drop all the way to multi-galaxy if she didn’t do so in a single shot, and we have no idea how oftenly she destroyed them nor when she stopped
This could give her “possible Multi-galaxy to Universal” with magic, because we also don’t know if she used some hax or just AP

Looking at this its basically a case of "Source? Trust me bro." we could prolly list examples of others who could destroy the universe with a vague statement just like that and doing so over time. That said it could warrant a range upgrade at least assuming her powers were used there.

The Scan is iffy. You could have posted the actual scan (video) and the Source of the scan. The universe destruction feat can't even be used without much context. All it would give her is Far Higher.

well, since there's no usable timeframe, you can use at most one year since she did it as an infant. It would yield around 3B results which i personally think is fine. Although, I'm not a big fan of raven magic scaling to her physical stats
