Rating of Sengoku Basara characters

I recently came across one of Polar-ku's posts (here), in which he references the Basara Sengoku Basara pages as being rated incorrectly (to quote him verbatim: "Sengoku Basara characters are pretty much wanked").

To any of you knowledgable about the Verse, please put forth your opinions on whether the statistics are incorrectly rated, and if so, what are the corrections to be made?

i think the ratings are fine. their feats make since. don't worry.
