Rapunzel's new stats

The recent episode of Tangled, "Secret of the Sun Drop" featured Varian inside an advanced looking automaton, a robot of ancient technology. It seems to be able to break through his own house. The series also features Black Rocks. These Black Rocks are considered "unbreakable" (until a mysterious warrior was able to cut ons) and they are connected to Rapunzel somehow. These rocks after in contact with her hair were able to create a shockwave to push away, and then later tear through Varian's mech. These rocks were also able to engulf and destroy the tower Rapunzel grew up in the episode "The Quest for Varian". Any thoughts?

Well, I watched the clip. The energy blast she caused/survived defiantly seems within the 9-A range but I'm not sure if applying the basic explosion formula would be accurate. Also the spikes shattered a good portion of a massive stone wall, which would probably be in the Tier 9/8 range.
