Omniversal isn't a thing on this Wiki.

If a character is stated to have "omniversal range", then it depends entirely on how "omniverse" is defined in that verse.
It also depends what has that range, and the implications of such. For example, being able to shoot an energy ball across dimensions doesn't change anything other than your range, but being able to warp reality on an interdimensional scale would increase your tier.
