....I hesitate to say this, but I feel like we lack information on the scenario: Is the quarantine that happens in all 1 billion realities:
A. For each of the realities, caused by a different individual Randy Marsh, with 1 Randy Marsh for each individual reality?
Or
B. Caused by being part of a branching timeline. Ex: There was 1 Randy Marsh, but in X timeline, he made X decision, & in Y he made Y decision, causing branching timeline paths meaning all those 1 billion realities have their event originate from sort of the same individual Randy Marsh?
