Yeah you could make a good point in removing almost all of his matches. Literally most of them are "Does this character shoot first?" "Yes" (or) "No" "Okay so X FRA!"
You need to be VERY careful making matches where one or both parties can one-shot the other, such as this.

Ya get one person who is aggressive and whatnot, or perhaps 2 or 3 one one side or the other. And then you get them into an argument with someone who isn't seeing it their way.
Let the insults from both sides begin, mods get involved, and it's an entire mess.

Most shouldn't be, or they have actual viable counters.
A character having instant kill hax is fine if the foe has legitimate counters to it to AVOID being one shot.
Whether it be resistance, abilities that protect them, or in some cases just regen, whatever.
It's case by case dependent. Like nobody is gonna yap about Raiden HF'ing a dude who can regenerate from ribbons as unfair, though in that case he'd also need a way to still beat him, so if that regen for example is stamina based, we now have a case where Raiden's instant win doesn't just let him stomp, but his foe can still be defeated, thus resulting in an actual match where their other factors come into play.
The key point is that neither character should just ******* INSTANT WIN depending on the mood.
