Bruh, Raiden is probably more skilled than Garou 'cause he has more experience in fights than him and he has ripper mode to help him with some stat amps. Garou's Regenerationn is useless since it's not that fast and Jack has Sam's murasama that is probably the strongest HF Blade in the game. Even if Garou reflected Jack's cuts, it wouldn't work since he resisted a lot of Sam's cuts in his battle. My vote is for Raiden :v

That would only happen if the sharp edge of the blade touches his hand. He wouldn't touch the blade, he'd deflect and parry the sides. It wasn't a sword but he did something similar against Metal Bat when Metal Bat basically made himself a tornado of swinging spins and Garou parried all of it by redirecting and shifting the momentum of the Bat without touching the front/damaging surfaceSpookyShadow said:
