I don't know enough about Bowser to say what he starts with but if he's too slow to kill, Raff's durability negation with Forbidden Temptation should kill seeing as it should delete all his data, including mind and soul.

If he does have anything that can beat her Mid-High regen and it's something he'll use in character before she goes for Forbidden Temptation, then he should win handily. Sadly he has a lot of options so I'm not certain he'll find a win condition as easily as Rafflesimon can. FT being Rosemon's move, and not her signature as far as I know, means she might wait a bit to use it so Bowser has a chance. If anyone wants to add to this who actually knows about Bowser that'd be helpful, since I don't really know anything about his behaviour.

A lot of his skills won't do much, but things like Transmutation or Reality Warping might work depending on how they function. His power null should also help, unless he doesn't use it often in character.

As I said, knowing how Bowser typically fights would help a lot, since if he's the type to use his strongest abilities first he's more likely to win, but in any other situation it becomes way more difficult to determine.

It's a difficult matchup. While Bowser has more hax, he is less likely to use it than from what I can tell of Rafflesimon. Surprisingly though, Bowser does use sealing a lot.
