[R1M1] FCOC Tier 5-C Tournament: Darox vs Ozpin

Welcome to the very first matchup of the FCOC Tier 5-C Tournament. It is a tournament I decided to organize after seeing the overall success of the Tier 7-B tournament.
General rules for this tournament include:

• Equalized Speed
• Everyone's 5-C Key is used.
• All Matches take place on the Lawverse's Limitless Field.
• SBA for anything else.

(Note that rules may be edited depending on the match in question.)

For our first match, we have Darox from the One Punch Man: Future Generations verse, and Ozpin from the Dragon Ball RWBY verse.

So right away Dârox is going to take advantage of Ozpin’s auras weakness to being exposed to extreme temperatures, since his aura is much hotter than lava and is active the for entire duration of fights (and is activated at the very beginning). Combined with Dârox energy wave spam and constant attacks, the aura will wear down very quickly

Ozpin has the advantage in experience, but Dârox looks to be similarly skilled at fighting and enemy analysis. He’s also dealt with enemies (Like Orokon) who posses many similar energy/ki abilities, and so Ozpin shouldn't have much that Dârox hasn’t already seen outside of any magic he can use. Given that he can imbue his fists with his aura to begat Mid regeneration casually, the Mid-Low Regen won’t help Ozpin much either.
