R>F realms in the same fictional medium

I read on another thread that a world being in the same fictional story or same medium in general as another world would not qualify for Reality fiction transcendence. So what about if there are infinite realms with the higher realm viewing the lower one as fiction, and there being no highest realm, and then there's a world that views all those realms as a story. Would the fact that all those infinite realms being part of the same story from the perspective of this higher world contradict the Reality Fiction difference between the realms.
 
no? then it would be impossible to have more than one layers of transcendence, the highest one would just invalidate all the layers below it
