Quick Question on how to hit high 1-A

I understand how a character hits 1-A, I want to know how a character reaches high 1-A, then after 0. Can some examples be provided to make it easier.

The Outer Gods. They (or at least the fractional, local entities) exist in the Outer Void, a realm that completely transcends the entirety of the vacua which is an infinite hierarchy of metaphysical realms with the lowest of them completely transcending infinite dimensional space-time. Hypnos would be High 1-A as well since he made it past the hierarchy while his companion could not despite being able to ascend to infinite higher infinities with ease.

More proof is that Robert E. Howard's story Kull (which we take as canon as of the revisions) in addition to other stories by Lovecraft reveal that individual universes are infinite dimensional in scope with higher dimensions being infinitely superior to lower ones. The story also tells us of the existence of a hierarchy of universes, with each universe rendering the dimensionality of the lower one non-existent. So the second universe here is already 1-A and this goes onwards and onwards ad infinitum. The Outer Gods are completely and utterly superior to this multiversal hierarchy.

That's an example of High 1-A. Being above and external to any and all extensions of an already 1-A hierarchy. Think of it this way; If 1-A is a human then High 1-A is a 1-A. If High 1-A is a human then 0 is a 1-A.

So simply if a person is 1-A and a person described beyond any extension, on a whole other level than a 1-A character than that should be High 1-A? - Well correct me if I am wrong

Usually it has to be more specific than that. Either the person transcends a 1-A+ hierarchy e.g. Hypnos or they're described as completely beyond the very framework of a 1-A structure, in that no matter how may levels or infinities you add to it, they'll always be superior.
