Shouldn't his ability to induce Muteness count as Power Nullification? It prevents characters from using competences.

Actually, yeah.
In the "Status Effect Inducement and Removal" part, Muteness should be put under Power N. even in the Notable Attacks/Techniques is stated to be able to "disable all of an enemy's special attacks."
Now, what I'm more curious, is what is the method in wich it disables competences. Is like Mind Manip based, or something else?
