I'm doing research on the Goosebumps verse using materials from this very wiki. And I need some help about stuff like tiering from people that know more about this stuff then me.
1. Would a character that only lives in your dreams and can't be pulled out like Freddy Krueger. Would that be 11-A?. Said character in question is named Keith and the best feat he has is being able to turn others inside out in the Carlo's dreams. But is that more of a hax ability (Transmutation?). He does somehow manifest into the real world in the comic books (that kid that "Melted" but really is only turning into his Blob form ) But we don't see much of him.
2. Would a human child that only has the ability to turn invisible be either 10-C or 10-B. And said ability can put them in greater danger the more they use it.
3. Would destroying a huge section of a school be 9-A or 8-C? This is a question for Cuddles the hamster in Monster Blood 2 and we never get a answer for how big the school is.
4. Should a character's tier should be assumed as unknown if they lack physical feats or have questionable feats. Like how this woman named Clarissa made 99% of humanity disappear over night.
Extra question. The masked mutant was able to convert/corrupt a entire state (Washington D.C. to be specific) with this thing called the green beam (very creative) in his old CD-ROM game. I'm assuming this is around the tectonic range but I'm not fully sure on which tier he would be.
