1. Prison Realm is just a timeless void, and timeless voids =/= Infinite or Immeasurable speed. This is because Speed = Distance/Time, but since there is no time, it means the result is undefined.

Gojo subconsciously targets objects deemed dangerous (according to things like their speed, mass, and Cursed Energy level), and those targeted objects can't pass his barrier. It is subconscious because it requires brain power, so Gojo needs to constantly heal his brain to prevent it from frying from the constant effort. The younger him said that this subconscious targeting isn't accurate enough yet to recognize poison.
So, an interpretation here is that if a character or an attack was too fast for Gojo's senses to recognize, then the character can bypass Limitless. Though in-verse Gojo is among the fastest characters and his senses are increased through his eyes.
