Questions about Reapers regen

I have a question about Reapers regen

How long does it take for him to regenerate? We don't have a timeframe (to my knowledge) or even see him regenerate from being turned to vapor

I'm just curious about is

His regen is his body putting itself back after inangibility.

Wouldn't that be shapshifting and not Regen

also I'm talking about when Winston turned him into vapor in the Recall short

Which his profile even mentions, as it isn't used to heal himself.
