Why is he only 3-A in base?; Aren't Big Bang feats Low 2-C? Maaldor feat also sounds Low 2-C.

Well, sorry if I'm missing something.
 
From what I remember it's 3-A because the Big Bang that superman took was presented as more of a explosion
 
If it was the explosion kind of Big Bang then shouldn't he be 3-B?
 
He destroyed a structure that had withstood the explosion point blank.
