Questions about NEW Tiering System

1. Infinite-dimensional Hilbert space characters are still High Hyperverse level?

2. A being or an object is outside and beyond all dimensions of time and space qualifies for 1-A?

3. A character whi stand hierarchically above everything, including existence and nonexistence, possibility, causality, dualism, the concepts of life and death, etcetera. qualifies for Tier 0?

I hope someone can help me with these questions.

All I know is that for Number 2 and 3 the answer is no

The number 3 is the new number 2, and number 1 is a no too.
