Destroying multiple multiverses isn't really quantitatively superior to just destroying one (if the multiverse is infinite). It could be anywhere from 2-C to High 2-A depending on the number of timelines overall (from finite to uncountably infinite)
1. Depends on the cosmology of the verse in question
2. Again, it depends entirely on how the cosmology of the verse is defined, as a multiverse can be anywhere from a collection of multiple Universes (which in this case would be 2-C to 2-B, depending on how many universes said multiverses have, but if it is composed of Infinite Timelines / Universes, then it will end up being a higher-end of 2-A) to a plane of existence that is composed of infinite dimensions
