I guess Maria is scales to the baseline or 1 layer above the baseline.
I think her haxes scales to High 1-B because of sea of zero (its High 1-B or baseline 1-A i'm not sure about it)
Ov7 or Darksmash might answer this question much better, but when i look at her profile this is what i see.

Featherine is baseline, so maria is also baseline.
pretty sure most if not all the hax in umineko directly scale to the character, so yes
