Is it true that lower dimensional beings powers and abilities won't work on higher Dimensional Beings and lower dimensional beings powers are irrelevant to HDB?
And if that's true do that say the same for Characters with the existence but not power
That's is a 2-B character with HDE can they nullify a person with HD AP but not the existence ?
