As we know, one of the ways to find the size of an object is to use Angular Size
Object size = 2*tan(70deg/2) * distance from point of view to object * object height in pixels / panel height in pixels
I want to ask, is it true that the application of Angsize is like this:

Explosion size (Red Line) = 710px
panel Height = 605 px
for the distance because in his feat the arrow exploded after breaking through the clouds, so I assume as the average distance from the cloud to the earth that is 5km (i googled and it used this answer)
So, 2tan(35°)*5*710/605
Because using kilometers, the result is = 8.21731km.
please correct if it's right or wrong
