if 2 world have different time (1sec here 1min there) does that mean they existed in different space-time?

It depends. Are both worlds in the same universe? If so, I don't think it qualifies for separate space-times. Just one, but slightly different from one another.

ic ic. is it possible two seperate space time have no different in time?

Very simple, try to imagine I am in England and you are in America, our time is different but that does not mean our time space is different, we are in a universe that contains 4D (length, width, height) +D Temporal. That means just the distance between our different worlds does not mean our time space is different, but rather that the world is in another universe, so I would answer it with "yes"

This is actually something that naturally happens, though probably not to the extremes you mention.
If you’re in a stronger region of a gravity well (either due to being closer to the planet’s surface, or on a planet with a greater gravitational pull) then you’ll experience a slower progression of time compared to an object in a weaker region.
If you’re on a faster moving object, you’ll also experience slower time.
Irl, you probably couldn’t survive on a planet under conditions that caused the 60x slow down compared to Earth, but it would be reasonable in fiction.

i mean 2 universe but have same time

if 2 world have different time (1sec here 1min there) does that mean they existed in different space-time?
No, this happens IRL due relativity, gravity does influences in time a lot, time in earth is different than the flow of time close to a black hole

so it possible to have 2 universe but doesnt habe time difference?
If you mean time moving at a similar rate in two different space-times, it is very much possible.

And if you mean two universes sharing the same time yet different space, that is also possible.

so how do we know it was diff time space if it doesnt have statement/confirmation about it (being diff s/t)

We usually assume every universe has a different space time unless proven otherwise.

ouh ic ic. what if theres only 1 planet inside endless darkness that keep wxpanding. does that mean it universe / s/t.

Depends on how the verse treats it, but if darkness doesn't mean the void, then that means this whole thing is an infinitely large uni. And yeah, it will have space time.

If it's within the void, I think it will fall under how the verse treats it. It can have a space time, but if the verse says otherwise, then it won't.
