Can L1-A structures still have time and space?

It states that L1-A structures must contain all dimensional structures. Does this mean it can still contain a space-time continuum as well or must it contain every possible dimensional space-time continuum without having its own separate space-time?

Not in the normal sense, no. LoTM for example “has” Space and Time inside of the Spirit World (Low 1-A), but that’s only with the fact that they literally dissolve into each other into a non-quantitative whole.

So what would disqualify a structure from being L1-A if it still contained a space-time but also was stated to have every possible dimensional structure within it?
