Black holes vary and what i say may be inaccurate, but the gravity of a single solar mass black hole is about 1.6 trillion x earth's gravity. Using the same parameters as in the GPE on the sun, a human standing on a black hole would have the GPE of 225945216000000000 joules or 54,002,202.676864244044 tons of TNT - 7-B+

but overall being able to survive in a black hole is probably resistance to black hole manip and gravity manip so it is useless
