Question regarding tier explanations

Is transcending the concept of space time different from transcending the temporal and spatial dimension? I say this because both irrelevant speed and Outerversal mention surpassing the concept of time. Which someone on an unrelated site used to explain Xenoverse Goku being Outerversal (and someone else used the explanation for irrelevant speed by using an interesting 5D argument) via beating people who transcend time. For context, here's the explanations for irrelevant speed and Outerversal:

If the context is needed, I can post the post I saw regarding Outerversal Xenoverse Goku.

It is, transcending the concepts of space and time means that you transcend over all possible higher spatiotemporal dimensions in the setting. If this is either a setting with infinite spatiotemporal dimensions or a setting where the concept has room for infinite hierarchies of dimensions, then transcending beyond their concept would be grounds for 1-A.
On the other hand, just transcending space-time only implies that you’re above basic 4D spatiotemporal structures (or whatever dimensionality of space-time exists within the verse and is implied to be involved in the statement).
