4D hax scales to a lot more people than those two, but the reasons to me are unknown. I think because dante can hax regular demons is one.

If it scales to people just because some users of it have 4-D feats, that's wrong.
It's like me saying that the Arch-Vile from DOOM has 4-D mind hax because Davoth used the same energy to make Hell.

I'm pretty sure fodder demons in DMC having 4D hax is being fixed.
