Question regarding Boros scaling on his wikipage

Dear vsbattlecommunity and One-Punch Man Community,

I have a question regarding Lord Boros from One-Punch Man. His page scales him to low 5-B, while mentioning inferior feats in said key, which kinda confuses me. The first mentioned feat on his low 5B rating focuses on him vaporizing huge chunks of his own ship (which has a tier 6A durability scaling according to it's page). Then it says that he has a potentially higher rating due his CSRC, which then however gets scaled to High 6A in the notes of his page and in a analysis thread. So what feat makes him scale low 5B then? Is it the statement of Saitama who is fighting serious and calling Boros strong? Or did I miss a important link/discussion thread that re-evaluates his scaling?

Thanks for all the answers. In that case I wonder why Saitama called Lord Boros a almost serious fight, but not Orochi.

EDIT: (I'm referring to the scale of the feats. Boros High 6A feats were enough to make Saitama call it almost serious, while Orochi's 5C feats didn't get any similar reaction from Saitama)
