Question about VS Threads

Can make VS threads with all attributes equalized?

Example: a fight between Goku and Diavolo. Is it allowed to equalize all the attributes of the characters involved (such as speed, durability, AP, etc.)?
 
No, only speed can be equalised. You can post matches of any kind you wish in the Fun & Games board, but a match with other attributes equalised could not be added to the profiles.
