Why do we not use Alphys' mention of "parallel universes" when factoring in the God Tiers' power?

I feel like she'd be a reliable source in this case, as she has been the Royal Scientist for quite a long time at this point and so would have at least a bit of knowledge on cosmic stuff like this.
