If, to a character, the entirety of an infinite multiverse was not even a moment within a dream to them, would this character qualify for High 2-A?
 
Technically yes. But i would clarify that said character be example 5th dimensional being, because i am sure that even infinite multiverse would be dream to powerfull 2-A character.

This is my opinion, someone wiser can say something matter too...
