As we know, we usually assume that the timeline is infinite by default in every verse. But what should we do in case a certain verse has time as finite for universes (and thus finite sized timeline) within the multiverse? Will the multiverse still be considered 2-A or not (numbers of timelines are infinite)?

Imo, It should not be considered 2A.

To my knowledge, it would be 2-A if there are an infinite number of timelines. Even a 5 second timeline, contains an infinite number of temporal periods is one explanation I hear quite often. And I have heard Ultima is planning a revision for Low 2-C based on that eventually, but unsure if he will be tackling that anytime soon or if he changed his stance since then.

As long as there is a non-infinitesimal amount of time and the timelines are not before/after one another I think it would still be 2-A.
