Question about the Theory of Forms

If I recall, it was agreed that the Theory of Forms is usually 1-A, but becomes High 1-B if executed poorly.

However, even after reading the Wikipedia article on it, I still have a poor understanding of it.

This may be more about the requirements for 1-A (which I'll admit I don't exactly understand either) than the Theory of Forms itself, but still: I'd like some sort of explanation.

Okay... so is 1-A or High 1-B more accurate to the Theory of Forms?

I always assumed the former, but the whole thing we have going on with the Downstreamers gave me mixed signals.

I would say neither, strictly speaking, but I suppose any author could tie in Theory of Forms to his/her 1-A characters/verse.
