Question about speed

If character A is supersonic. he becomes stronger and faster than before. Is it acceptable to make him above supersonic without any calc or something? Also if there's someone even faster than him. Can he also get higher stats on speed

Unless they have a consistent stated multiplier or exact value given.
You'd just go "At least [Value]" if they truly did get quicker, same with other dudes upscaling. Unless they like blitz and the calculated value is just on the cusp of the next tier, in which they can upscale into the next. If the value isn't close enough, but they get WAY quicker or dude's blitz them, you'd just go "At least [Value], likely higher".

This occurrence would get ranked on the VS Battles Wiki as "at least Supersonic", unless you prove that the increase in speed warrants a higher rank in speed.
