So in the Issue 163 we see Spawn re-create Earth but did he use MoM power to re-create it back or he got possessed by mom at that time?

I though MoM just gave a Sliver portion of it power to Spawn cuz the issue summary are saying "Spawn uses the remainder of his power (MoM power) to make him Al Simmons again

Also when MoM banished Satan and God to pararel Universe??did it happened when they fight destroys the earth surface or it when Spawn got possessed by MoM?

Last question : it said to defeat Urizen it need to power Combination of Heaven and Hell so does that also mean God,Satan and Zeta??

If that so does it make Urizen are above God and Satan??

Well yeah Urizen was low dif stomping Spawn but thanks to GreenWorld Keeper which gave power amp to Spawn making Spawn can comparable to Urizen
