With soul hax you mean? Yeah, of course. What makes hax effective is that it ignores conventional durability.
A 9-B could stomp a 3-A with hax alone.

I will ask one more thing. For example, Ulquiorra has H6A ap level and Madara has 5C Durability. In this case, even if Madara does not have Spirit MP resistance in his inventory, will he still resist being crushed by RC? Because some Naruo defenders argue that Chakra = Reiatsu and indirectly Chakra is equal to Spirit, arguing that naruto characters will not be affected by the RC of characters with lower energy than him.

Well, as I currently understand our rules, verse equalization doesn't grant you the perks of the other energy system. So I don't really think that would be the case.

So even if Chakra = Spirit, a resistance is still required for this. So, is it really considered as chakra = soul?

Yes, chakra = their soul, but that in and of itself doesn't grant any resistance or make it equivalent to Reiatsu.
